About Us
- Established in 1986 Great Oaks is a deed restricted community that is located thirty minutes South of San Antonio, TX in SE Medina County off of IH-35 South, on County Road 770. It is located outside the city limits of Natalia, Texas and consists of approximately 325 homesites ranging from two to twenty-two acres and a mixture of site built homes, manufactured homes, and mobile homes. We are an ACTIVE Neighborhood Watch Community.

- Great Oaks is a community where nature abounds; surrounded with beautiful oak trees, wildlife, beautiful sunrises, and beautiful sunsets. We are a close-knit community where neighbors become family and everyone watch's out for each other.
